Greg joined Nucor in 2015 from Moore & Van Allen PLLC, where he was a Lead Partner in the Litigation Practice Group and served for a decade on the firm’s Executive Committee. Greg’s background involved representing a broad base of business clients in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, focusing on complex contractual disputes, antitrust and unfair competition defense, intellectual property litigation and lender liability defense, as well as environmental, products liability, construction and securities disputes.
Greg was named Nucor’s General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs in May 2015. He assumed his additional responsibilities as Vice President of Environmental and Public Affairs in September 2020 and March 2020, respectively.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius College, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan.
